STUDIO POLICIES

Dress Code:
Pre-Ballet Girls will need Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Slippers & any color Leotard (leotards with attached skirt or tutu are encouraged!)
Beginning Ballet 1 – Int. 4 Girls will need Black Leotard, Pink Tights & Pink Ballet Slippers
Advanced Ballet Girls will need Capezio Princess Seamed Camisole Leotard – Style No.: CC101 in Navy, Mirella Adult Chiffon Wrap Skirt, Style No: S12 in Pink, Pink Tights, and Pink Ballet Slippers
Boys will need form fitting White T-Shirt (no logos), Black Tights, Black Ballet Shoes Warm-ups: Students will be allowed to wear form fitting ballet warm-ups through tendus or at the discretion of the instructor.
Adult Open Ballet – Leotard, Tights, and ballet slippers.

Attend Dance Policy
Students make progress when they are in class. If a class is missed it needs to be made up to continue making progress. There are no refunds for missed classes. A parent or guardian may call to let the studio know their student will be missing class and the absence will be excused. Please be considerate of the studios schedule when excusing your child. Events and appointments that are known well ahead of time should be communicated to the studio a.s.a.p. Make-up Classes: Students can make up missed classes in a lower level class within 30 days of the class they missed. Student can make up class in a higher level class with director permission only. Class Cancellation make-up: If Classes are cancelled due to weather, holiday or studio holiday the classes will be made up in the week after the last day of semester. (i.e. class cancelled for a snow day in November will be made up the first week the studio is “closed” after Nutcracker. Multiple Absences: Multiple absences, excused or unexcused may result in lower class level placement, casting changes, and dismissal from performance or school without refund.

Payment Payment is due the first week of the month for that months lessons. This payment will be the same every month regardless of how many weeks in a month. There will be no deductions for Christmas or Spring Vacations. There will be a $10 service charge on all returned checks.

Holidays Generally the school is closed for major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Memorial Day. Exceptions will be posted.

Registration Fee All new students are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $20.00
