Make-up Kits
All Students are required to have their own make-up kit. COSB uses the Mehron Make-up Mini-Pro Student Make-up Kit for all their performances. It comes in three shades and it should be selected in the shade appropriate for the students skin tone. In addition to the make-up kit girls will need Revlon Crème lipstick in Ravish Me Red #654, black eyeliner pencil and black mascara. We have a limited amount of kits available in the studio. They can be ordered on amazon with the following link.

Attire
All female students need a nude leotard/liner, hair nets, bobby pins, and clean ballet pink tights (Bloch or Capezio) for performances. For the Nude Leotard or Liner it will need to be a camisole leotard in your child’s skin tone.

All male students are required to have a nude dance belt or dance brief and black tights.

All students are expected to have warm-ups on over their dance attire when not in costume. Nude leotards are an underwear item and should not be worn alone. Feel free to contact COSB with any questions on this policy.

Attendance/Absences
It takes a great deal of work to put on this show. All participating students are expected to attend ALL ballet classes and rehearsals. Total commitment to attendance is necessary for the preparation and production of this wonderful holiday event. If student does need to miss class it needs to be excused in advance by a parent/guardian. Students will be allowed 1 absence from class per month. Absences beyond this will be handled on a case by case basis and may result in a change in casting or dismissal from the show.

Parent Volunteers
Parents, your help and support are also necessary. Thank you to those of you who have helped in past productions and we encourage those of you who haven’t to give it a try! Information about Volunteer Opportunities can be obtained by e-mailing centraloregonschoolofballet@gmail.com.
